Are you affiliated with ABOM or any certifying board?
No. Whetstone is independent and candidate-first. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Board of Obesity Medicine or any certifying board, and we never collect or solicit recalled examination content.
Where do your questions come from — are they real exam questions?
They are original items written against current published clinical guidelines, with the source shown. Every question is reviewed and signed by a board-certified physician in the specialty. We never use recalled or leaked exam content.
The 2027 ABOM dates aren’t published yet. How do you handle that?
We show official requirements verified against abom.org and clearly mark any 2027 dates and fees as estimates until ABOM publishes them. Join the founding cohort or a waitlist and we’ll alert you the moment official dates drop.
How does the eligibility & CME calculator work?
You answer a few questions about your license, training, and CME. The calculator classifies each CME activity as Group One or Group Two, checks it against the 60-credit rule and the CME window, and shows your remaining gaps and your deadline timeline — free, with no account.
What does the founding cohort cost, and can I get a refund?
The founding price is $449, locked. A $99 deposit reserves your seat and is credited in full toward that price. The deposit is fully refundable any time before the cohort launches.
Do you cover credentials other than obesity medicine?
Obesity medicine is where we go deep first. We also verify eligibility for credentials like PMHNP-BC and the Menopause Society’s MSCP, and track renewals for state licenses, DEA, and life-support certifications — with more added as demand concentrates.
